Korean idol group KARA who is active in Japan held a successful meeting.

Nature republic, a cosmetic brand stated that the 3 members of KARA including leader Park Gyuri, Goo Hara, and maknae Kang Jiyoung attended the said fan meeting.

The members who attended the event talked about cosmetic products and followed by Q&A.

Hara revealed that she's using Aqua Solution line to make her skin smooth. So even though she's busy she still have time for her skin. The maknae also said that she uses Hydro-gel masks to take care her skin.

Their leader Gyuri who just had a musical "200 Pounds Beauty" stated "It was hard to perform because I had to wear clothes weighted over 20kg on stage but fans showed their support and it made me really happy"

The main part of the event was the dance lesson. The 3 members danced their hit song "Mr" and the crowd went wild.

They also taught their dance steps for Lupin and Winter Magic to their fans.

Japanese idols emceed the said event and seems the fans enjoyed the event.

After School will release a new japanese album "PLAYGIRLZ"

After school will make a 1st japanese album with a tittle "PLAYGRILZ"!!!.

According to Pledis Planetz After School will release a new album. They stated "AFTERSCHOOL 1st Japanese Album is called PLAYGIRLZ they said that AFTERSCHOOL 1st Japanese Album contains 12 tracks! One of the track is Shampoo Japanese Version. Pledis Planetz gave an exciting schedule to release it by saying According to CD Japan Info. AFTERSCHOOL 1st Japanese Album will be released on March 7th 2012! "

boyfriend's new songs occupy the upper ranks of charts! Triple HIt!

An idol group Boyfriend have released new songs in a row to hit a triple.

On December 8, Boyfriend released their third single album, I’ll Be There and occupied the upper ranks of all charts. They have attracted many female fans’ attention by ranking sixth on the Bugs chart and seventh on the Melon chart in a very short time.

Until recently, Boyfriend have performed and promoted their second single album, Don’t Touch My Girl. They released a new album right after and made a hit for the third time. They are planning to continue performing and promoting the third album until the end of this year.

Boyfriend has collaborated with a hit-song maker Sweetune, who have composed many hit songs for KARA and Infinite. He has created the Boyfriend style with “Don’t Touch My Girl” and “I’ll Be There.”

“I’ll Be There” is an electronic pop dance and a romantic love song, emphasizing on sweet melodies and lyrics. They match the members’ lyrical images, reminding of winter.

A music video of the song also touches fans’ hearts. It is created by director Jo Su Hyun, who have also created TBSK’s “Mirotic,” f(x)’s “Pinocchio,” and Wonder Girls’ “Be My Baby.” it is filmed with a village on a snowy day as its setting, as befits the current season. Boyfriend’s perfect group dance is specially attracting attention in this video.

Boyfriend performed live on Mnet’s M Countdown on December 8.

Super Junior held a fan meeting in Taiwan!

On November 26th, four idol groups, Super Junior, 2AM, f(x), and miss A, performed at M Live by CJ MO.A 2011 held in the Kaohsiung Arena, with most of them arriving in Taiwanon a private plane. Before attending the concert, Super Junior held a mini fan meeting in the afternoon as part of their activities since they were chosen to the the representative group.
In order to attend the event, fans had to enter a drawing by purchasing a new LG phone. About 200 fans ended up attending to event; however, only a few fans were lucky enough to get a call from Super Junior at the event to be invited onto the stage for a group photo. One girl was able to get a hug from Eunhyuk, which caused her to cover her mouth to prevent herself from screaming.
Earlier this year, Kyuhyun lived in Taiwan for about 2 months as he participated in promotional activities with the rest of the Super Junior M members. During the long stay, he learned a lot of Mandarin, but it appeared that he has taken a step back in his Mandarin skills after only half a year. Kyuhyun was only able to say “We are very…” before turning around to seek help from Siwon, who then expressed in Mandarin, “We are very happy that we are able to come to Kaohsiung this time.”
Later on in the fan meeting, Super Junior was asked which member has the best skills in taking selcas, with the honor going to Yesung as the members unanimously pointed to him. Yesung agreed and stated, “I am very good at taking cute and handsome pictures.” He then revealed some tips and skills for taking good selcas.

Full House 2 is on the way!

The main actors and actresses for the upcoming drama “Full House 2″ were spotted leaving for Japanto attend the press launching event. Earlier today, No Minwoo, Hwang Jungeum, Park Kiwoong and the rest of the production team were spotted in IncheonInternationalAirportfor the official press launch in Japan.
The drama’s main casts were immediately praised on their airport fashion as they headed towards the terminal.
“Full House 2″ gained a lot of interest from local and overseas fans after it confirmed its official cast and started filming this year. The upcoming sequel is based off the original “Full House”, which rose Rain and Song Hyegyo to Hallyu fame.
“Full House 2″ is set to focus on the fake marriage between a top star and aspiring reporter. It will make its premiere on Japanese broadcasting channel TBS in March next year before beginning its run inSouth Korea.

Lee Seung Gi on the streets of Myungdong!

Lee Seung Gi who swept the music charts with the release of his new album ‘Tonight‘ made a surprise appearance on the streets of Myungdong.

The singer was in the area for an interview with SBS TV ‘Midnight TV Entertainment‘ which is scheduled to air on November 23rd at 8:50PM KST. The fans that unexpectedly spotted the singer could not hold back their excitement, and Seung Gi responded with an impromptu live performance.
During his sit-down interview, the singer also admitted hat he was lonely. He revealed his ideal type as well as his experience with past relationships. When asked what he first notices when he meets a girl, he honestly revealed that he first notices her face.
Seung Gi also revealed the items in his every day bag, as well as some of the things written in his secret notebook.

Lee Seunggi says, “I’m not like that”

Singer Lee Seung Gi expressed his burdens of being coined as the nation’s sweetheart.
On the November 23rd airing of SBS ‘Midnight TV Entertainment‘, Lee Seung Gi spent some quality time with his fans and discussed the kind of image he has on TV.
Lee Seung Gi shared some of the things he read online, which netizens had written up about him on various online community boards. Some netizens claimed to have seen him recycling and cleaning his streets on Thanksgiving and how another saw him interact with a die-hard fan on the elevator who was extremely shocked to see him. To ease her surprise and her embarrassment, he apparently offered her his autograph and took a photo with her.
The singer remarked,  ”They say things like, ‘That’s Seung Gi for ya. Always so proper and polite’. But I assure you, I’ve never done these things they claimed to see me do. I’m not such a nice, straight-edged, proper guy“. Regardless, he expressed his thanks to his fans that have made him out to be such a kind and well-mannered individual.
Lee Seung Gi also revealed that when he is in a relationship, he has a hard time embracing his girlfriend’s past.

Ooh La La Session shared their hardships!

‘Superstar K3‘ winner Ooh La La Session recently discussed their hardships before the show and gave out a word of advice during Baek Ji Yeon‘s ‘People Inside‘.
Lim Yoon Taek stated, “Do not let those who surround you bring you down. For the past 15 years Oolala Session worked really hard without wanting a specific thing. We believed that no matter what it was, if we just worked hard enough it would all pay off some day. Those who pointed fingers and said ‘What are you doing at the age of 31? now tells us we’re the best. We really hope everyone else will do the same. Do what you really love doing and don’t let others’ negative criticism affect you.”
He continued with, “When people assume we just don’t practice anymore, it makes us sad because that’s not true at all. Even during ‘Superstar K3?, we hardly slept and worked very hard.”

2PM to release “Republic of 2PM”

With various concept pictures, a full tracklist and the unveiling of a full length album release, 2PM has been able to create interest among fans for their first Japanese full length album.
Earlier today, a teaser including the group’s six members was revealed through the Internet. The video teaser shows 2PM, dressed up as presidents of their own “Republic”, going out for a press conference.
Earlier this month, the Japanese MV for ”Hands Up” was revealed. Next to Japanese versions of their biggest Korean hits “I’ll Be Back”, “Without U”, “Heartbeat” and the recent “Hands Up”, the album includes 8 original Japanese songs.

FT Island finished their encore concert!

Over the weekend, FT Islandsuccessfully performed for their encore concert in Blue Square, Seoul, South Korea. Performing for a packed venue, it was also noted that aside from their local Korean fans, FT Island’s international fans from Japan, China, Thailand, Europe and North Americaalso attended the event.
On November 26 and 27, FT Island opened the concert with their hit track “I Hope”, followed by other hits such as “Hello, Hello”, “I Will Get You”, “Love, Love, Love” and other tracks. After which they performed a number of their Japanese releases such as “Revolution”, “I Want”, “Let It Go” and a Korean and Japanese remix version for their track “Flower Rock”. It was also reported that the band performed a special set featuring Hongki’s song choices during his reign on KBS 2TV’s “Immortal Song 2″.
By the end of their encore concert, FTIsland thanked their fans for coming and hoped that the event have been a good gift to them.

Lee Hyori and Lee Sang Soon is confirmed dating!

Lee Hyori and singer-songwriter Lee Sang Soon have revealed that they are currently “meeting each other as more than just friends”. Hyori’s company revealed that the two have known each other for over an year and for the past 5 months, have been meeting up more frequently. Although the company did not reveal that they were specifically dating, they stated that they were more than just friends.
On Lee Sang Soo’s side, an individual revealed that the songwriter has said that he was dating Hyori.
Recently, Koreaboo reported that “Hyori was suspected to be in a relationship” because of a ring she was seen wearing in a photo.
The photo was uploaded by the singer herself on November 19th, and shows her pet dog Sunshimie taking a nap with her. She is in a pajama suit and is lolling on the couch, giving off an extremely comfortable and laid-back vibe. In particular the ring on her finger had caught netizens’ attention.
Experts have revealed that they believe the two artists are not completely revealing that they are currently dating because of their age. Due to the both of them being over 30, netizens will immediately believe that they are about to marry or may have been dating for years. It is suspected that the two are attempting to keep their relationship “low-key”.
